为了解决目前普通球磨机在制备微纳米片状金属粉时存在的粉碎效率不高、能耗高等问题,结合球磨机和搅拌磨的粉碎原理和结构,设计并研制了一种内部搅拌轴和外部筒体反向旋转的球磨机。考察了该设备对金属粉和合金粉片状化粉碎的能力,并与普通球磨机和普通搅拌磨进行了对比研究。发现所研制的设备在片状化和机械合金化方面具有较强的能力,金属产品片的直径为1~3μm,厚度约为0.2μm,比起前两种粉碎设备,该设备具有作用力场复杂、粉碎效率高、产品粒度细等优点。
Abstract:To resolve the low efficiency and high energy consume problems of traditional ball mill in the preparation of micrometer and nanometer sheet metal powder,new type ball mill was designed by combining the crushing theory and structure of traditional ball mill and mix mill.The ball mill was mainly assembled with inner mixture shaft and out cask rolling in reverse.Compared with traditional ball mill and mix mill,the crushing capability was tested on metal and alloy powder.The results indicate that the new equipment is with outstanding capability on preparing metal and alloy sheet,the metal sheet products are 1~3 μm in diameter and about 0.2 μm in thickness.Compared with quondan crushing equipments it shows predominances on complex function force fields,high crushing efficiency,fine product granularity and so on.
